“Do it over and over again… that’s my life.” 🌀

That line hits different when it’s about showing up for yourself. My forearm stand a year ago looks nothing like it does now. I’ve fallen, got back up, wobbled, and started over… over and over again.

I used to think it was all about strength, but the truth is… it’s about trust. Trusting my body, my breath, and the process.

Now, ending my workouts with inversions has become my little ritual of patience, focus, and connection. It reminds me that growth doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen when you show up consistently — in the gym, on the mat, and in life.

Yoga has taught me that practice doesn’t just make perfect — it makes peace.
Because the real transformation happens in the consistency, not the outcome. And sometimes, progress is the best kind of perfection.

Progress takes patience — and presence 🪷

Some days I float. Some days I fall. Every day, I practice. Every day, I rise.

❤️‍🔥 Keep showing up for yourself — your body remembers, your spirit rises, and your practice meets you where you are.

This is what self-care looks like for me 🌺

✨ Living my BestLife
✨ Modeling the lifestyle I teach
✨ Choosing joy on purpose

Living your BestLife isn’t about perfection—it’s about intentionally choosing yourself. 💖

For me, that meant booking a trip to Puerto Rico, unplugging, and letting myself PLAY—even in the middle of all my responsibilities. It’s carving out time for me. It’s saying YES. Because self-care isn’t just rest—it’s adventure, laughter, and doing what makes your soul come alive.

✨ You can’t pour into others if you don’t first fill yourself up. ✨

Your best life doesn’t just happen—you create it. 💫

Everything I’ve been calling in is here—because I chose to do the inner work in silence, for me.
I didn’t need an audience, just alignment. I didn’t need validation, just vision.

This is what it looks like when a woman pours into herself and lets the universe meet her halfway.
Protected, provided for, and moving through life in full power. 🕯️💗

You don’t need to be seen to be doing it right. But when you are ready to be seen… it shows. 😉

Reminder: You’re allowed to take up space. To be soft and successful. To be seen in your magic. Quiet wins count. Silent healing counts. You don’t have to explain your journey to anyone—you’re allowed to evolve in peace. 💗🌙

I love catching up with my clients, but the two-week wait to hear their drama or the latest tea definitely sucks!

After many years of going from Job to Job not knowing who I am and what I want to be I finally sat with myself to truly get to know me, to love me, and to finally take the steps to show up for Candice and in that process I found my calling and I am proud to say that I am a certified Life Coach and I want to invite you to tune into my live with my fellow coaches on Friday 8:30 pm eastern time to hear more about our Journey to becoming a life coach and many more. Show up with pen and pencils and any questions you may have. See you all then!!! 💕💕💕
