Thankyou immensely @xnthony for your help.

A Sculpture, a Creature
An extension of the body. An amour. A twin. A machine. A duet for a Posthuman world.

Slow beginnings
Body connection
Was interesting to do this act in a festival setting ... with its long form
Sculpture. Creature. Machine. Posthuman.

Looking for more places to develop this 📝

Helpful people along the way - thanks so much to @oskar_mauricio_venux for a week of play time, @brainfools for letting me try it out without knowing what it was, @malikibheis for coming to help. @marmaweed for endless lifting up and down and making the most smooth transition for the act. All the people I sent photos to to ask what you thought about something. And @rebel.circus.collective for some secret dances in the early stages! NCCA for some creation time. And Jade @circusglasto for letting me perform it in the bigtop

https://www.byarcadia.org/post/female-bodies-and-posthumanism-101-abjection-and-the-body-as-a-liminal-space
Women's bodies, with their margins and orifices, constitute a liminal space between the concept of the body in its integrity and the outside world, the Self and the non-Self.
