A little reminder that sometimes the best thing you can do is put your phone down and make something with your hands.

No doomscrolling. No pressure to be productive. Just a table full of people making tiny things and enjoying each other’s company. This is what my workshops are all about ❤️

These beautiful moments were captured by Josh 📸 @theillusionofpurple

Follow along and keep an eye out for upcoming workshops. Ditch the doomscrolling and pick up a clay tool instead :)

Yall KNOW we are big advocates of rest and slowing down, and that philosophy extends to our instructors as well!

We are lightening up the schedule just a smidge as we really dive into summer.

Nisha will be taking a hiatus from Sweat Therapy until September. Don’t worry, you can still catch her for Yoga+Strength and Yoga+Mobility Flow!!

Sign up for the last Sweat Therapy for a while this upcoming Monday at 8:45am!

Golden Hour with Rachel is staying for the summer, in a biweekly capacity. It’s on this week at 7pm.

You can sign up for these and all our offerings at themoveroom.ca ✨

Hey, we’re not above a little viral reel trend 💁🏻‍♀️

Every class uses different props, and we all have our faves. But the most quintessentially @move.room.hamont prop??? Gotta be the disco ball

Shout out to the crew @borderlinefitwitch @jogale.moves @movewithclairehamont @_rachelsmiley_ for nailing it!
