Although Black History Month has passed, the gratitude and good vibes from our annual run are still going strong.

Thank you to @howardtheatre for hosting our Annual Black History Month Run and providing such an iconic space for our community to come together.

S/O to @asicsrunning @dmvtechrep for letting the crew test out a pre-release of their newest running shoe, and for raffling off five shoe bags and a pair of running shoes to one of our lucky supporting members.

@runharaka brought incredible energy, be sure to check out their Black-owned running store and show them some love.

Huge thanks to @arecoverylab for providing the post-run recovery we all needed, plus two lucky winners received private recovery sessions.

We also raffled off three guaranteed entries to the @cucb Cherry Blossom 10-Miler, and the good vibes were felt all around.

Community, culture, and miles, that’s what DC Run Crew is all about.

Did you forget about your winter arc? We didn’t. ❄️🔥

The energy was high from warm-up to dynamic stretch, all the way through HIIT and sprints this past Monday. Proud of everyone who showed up and put in the work.

We’ll see you next week for our Black History Month Run! Make sure you’re registered on Heylo!

This is a lil recap video from the Capital Pride mixer.
It was such a vibe.
Its always great being surrounded by my people and also meeting a whole bunch of new faces who already feel like friends.
The energy was warm, fun, and real.
Great vibes, great people, real impact.

Nights like that remind me why I love this community so much.

Don’t forget ‼️
