If this is it then I am overly grateful for how this journey has played out.
Being a kid from Chattanooga, TN who had
ZERO COLLEGE OFFERS (no d1, d2, naia, etc,) a kid that never played on the circuit, a kid that never started a game till senior year, a kid that was told he wasn’t good enough, a kid that never flown anywhere till college basketball provided that opportunity to a kid that was able to play for his hometown team and move to West Palm Beach, FL (which I had no idea where it was at first), earn my bachelors in Mathematics, getting my masters in Business Administration, and most important
make real family here. What CBB has done for me l am forever grateful. I’m even thankful for the injuries and life lessons that come this game, thank you Lord for the strength to overcome a broken thumb, 2 blood clots, a ruptured left ankle, and now a broken wrist, not just for overcoming it but for coming back better from each injury! Forever grateful for the memories, relationships, and I appreciate Coach Rose with all my heart for seeing something in me and forming me into the man that I wasn’t before. Thank you Ryan for showing me PBA, thank you Coach AJ for the work and time. I thank Coach Earl, Coach Dahms, Coach Greenman, Coach Galfsky, Eli, Coach Kiely, Alan, and Coach White for the opportunity. I thank Coach Paris, Coach Bronson, Coach Shannon, Coach McKinley, Coach Offutt, Colby, Jacob, Roman, CoachDobratz for working with me and giving me a chance, giving me an opportunity to walk-on and keeping my dreams alive, and for giving me my first scholarship. You guys have laid the foundation of my game and I can’t thank yall enough for pouring into me. I’ll never forget the days where Coach Bronson made Grant and I play 1v1 everyday just to work on our defense (yall don’t need to know the record count 😂). THANK U MOM AND DAD for the sacrifices, the rides to tournaments, the gym sessions after long work days, and for always keeping faith first. Thank u for being there for me thru my surgeries.
From 17 to 24, I worked hard, had fun, and most importantly never quit, I PRAYED THIS ISNT DA END but if it is thank u Lord for this 1 in a million journey🧎‍♂️🙏🏽❤️7 YRS!
