Can’t fully follow any of her conversations and had no competition to be his best man because I am clearly his favorite brother…. All I truly know is that I am very happy to be an important part of their special day. Thank you for your trust!! I love you both (mom & dad made me write this..) #wedding #weddingseason #sweden #family #love #vacation

Still on the move to #create an #equalplayingfield for #women ✨It was such an honor to be invited to be a part of this call @equalplayingfieldinitiative had with @adidas earlier this week!

We had an opportunity to #share stories, experiences, perspective and strategies to help further the women’s game and create #opportunity, #equality and #respect.

It’s a #journey we started together 4 years ago on Mt. Kilimanjaro, and we’re still climbing this mountain today. With persistence, we WILL reach the top 🙌🏽

Thank you @_raphinha89 for coordinating this call and for being an incredible ally ❤️

Keep climbing! We’ll see you on the trail...maybe even at a next world record 🤩

Whether you are new to meditation and dont know where to start or if you simply enjoy a guided meditation, there are some apps that can support your journey. 😊
.
We wanted to share some apps that can help you to get started with your meditation practice.
1.Insight Timer: lots of free guided meditations with many different topics and can be filtered to your needs (sleep, mindfulness at work, etc.). Options available for beginners on learning to meditate and also a section for the advanced ones. :)
2. Headspace: mindfulness and meditation for stress, anxiety, focus, etc. Some free and paid options available.

A couple of friends, going through some tough times and not feeling as motivated as usual, decided that it is time to do something about it and change their situation…

This was exactly 1 week ago, with the simple thought of helping each other better themselves, an idea comes up… and then we thought… how about sharing this with the world? AND BOOM! @TheHabitAcademy came to life! Spending time personally speaking to each one of you, we are now over 50 people interested in joining the challenge, motivating & holding each other accountable towards the finish line! Not only that, we also got together a group of people who is interested in sharing their professional help and insights to continue moving us in the right direction! We are no experts, we are also not telling you how to do anything - you will find your way through this and we count on you too to help us finish this challenge. What we guarantee is that it will be a self-learning journey like never before.
If you already know about the challenge and want to get more people onboard, please feel free to ask them to message us by sharing this post! We will spend time with them as well in the same way we have spent with you!
Save the date: 11.05.2020 - we start for 60 days! (although anyone can start at anytime they want to)
By creating better habits we can, not only help ourselves, but inspire everyone around us as well!
