Perú humanitarian trip 25’🇵🇪

Where giving felt like receiving.
This trip was nothing short of a blessing- it opened my eyes, and changed my perspective on life. It changed me mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
We moved, and built thousands of pounds of concrete, rocks, dirt, fencing, bricks, and more.
We helped build a safe place for these kids to get an education that everyone deserves to have. To see these kids, and villagers with so little materialistic things- yet full of so much happiness, love, work ethic, joy, and life in them is truly inspiring. I am thankful to be in a position to be able to give back to the people that need it the most- and I am even more thankful they allowed us to come be a part of their culture, teach me the history, and show me around the beautiful place they live in with such open arms.
The teamwork, and work ethic from everyone on this trip was incredible, we worked passed the point of exhaustion, we worked until the job was finished. What we built together still feels unreal- it’s unbelievable what teamwork, and belief can do.
I choose Impact over comfort everytime- humanity always wins.
I am also beyond thankful for the relationships, and memories that were made on this trip; from complete strangers, to lifelong friendships, and memories in an instant- they will always hold a special place in my heart.
Service, Connection, Gratitude, humbleness, inspired.
Forever changed by Cusco, Perú ❤️

Until next time, Perú- grateful for every moment✨🙏🏼

There’s gonna be 2 post due to how much happened on this trip.

First time ever doing a trip like this. Decided a couple months ago to go to Peru 🇵🇪 for a humanitarian trip not thinking anything of it, it was “the ultimate side quest” but little did I know this trip was going to change me physically, mentally, and most of all spiritually. Moved hundreds of pounds of concrete, sand, rocks and lots more. Helped build part of schools for the villages in Peru the amount of joy from kids and adults is warm enough to light up a room full of chill. The smiles, dances, joy and emotions from not only the villagers but the people I was working right next too is something you can’t put a price on. So thankful for this opportunity the people I met and most of all the people we were able to help. I am just as thankful for Peru as Peru was thankful for me. I will most definitely be doing a trip like this again.
