Cyflwyno beirniaid Arddangosfa Agored Tŷ Pawb: @krishnapriyaanand / @pencilcraftsman / @_rebeccafhardy – Croeso mawr!

Mae Krishnapriya Ramamoorthy @krishnapriyaanand yn ddawnswraig, cynhyrchydd a Chyfarwyddwr Artistig Paallam Arts – sefydliad celfyddydau dawns a symud awyr agored – sy'n gweithio o Wrecsam. Gyda chefndir ym meysydd Bharatanatyam a Kalarippayattu, mae ei gwaith yn ymestyn ar draws perfformio, cynhyrchu, comisiynu a chydweithio rhyngwladol. Mae hi'n gweithio gydag artistiaid yn lleol, yn genedlaethol ac yn rhyngwladol, gan ganolbwyntio'n gryf ar gefnogi lleisiau creadigol sy'n dod i'r amlwg neu sydd heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol, a gwneud y celfyddydau'n fwy hygyrch. Mae Krishnapriya hefyd yn ymgynghorydd i Ymddiriedolaeth Cymuned a Diwylliant Wrecsam, gan gefnogi uchelgeisiau Wrecsam ar gyfer cais @wrecsam2029.

Mae Liam @pencilcraftsman yn artist amser llawn sydd wedi bod yn gweithio yn y maes ers deuddeg mlynedd; gellir dod o hyd i'w stiwdio yn y Cwt Bugail yn Tŷ Pawb.
Mae wedi peintio amryw o furluniau ar raddfa fawr yng nghanol y ddinas ac mae hefyd yn gyfrifol am gydlynu Llwybr Celf Gyhoeddus Wrecsam ar gyfer cais @Wrecsam2029.

Mae Rebecca F Hardy @_rebeccafhardy yn guradur, gweithiwr creadigol llawrydd ac artist gweledol. Cyn ei phenodiad fel curadur cynorthwyol ar gyfer Artes Mundi 11, hi oedd cydlynydd a churadur 'Y Lle Celf' yn yr Eisteddfod Genedlaethol (2022–2023). Bu'n gydlynydd a churadur ar yr arddangosfa 'Syfrdanol' fel rhan o Raglen Gyngres Flynyddol IKT yng Ngogledd Cymru yn 2023. Bu'n gydlynydd celfyddydau i Galeri, Caernarfon (2018–2022) ac yn gyn-gadeirydd ar y rhwydwaith a arweinir gan artistiaid, CARN (2017–2024).
Mae hi wedi gweithio gyda sefydliadau fel Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru, WAHWN (Rhwydwaith Celfyddydau, Iechyd a Lles Cymru), Oriel Mostyn, Frân Wen, Oriel Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, Tŷ Pawb, Coleg Menai Llandrillo ac Urdd Gobaith Cymru, i enwi ond ychydig. Ar hyn o bryd, mae hi'n gyfarwyddwr ac yn aelod gwreiddiol o CARN, yn gadeirydd pwyllgor y celfyddydau a dylunio ar gyfer Eisteddfod yr Urdd Eryri 2028, ac yn aelod o Disability Arts Cymru.

From earning around £2 an hour as a hotel housekeeper at 14 to running Shell on Earth… I’ve had a few jobs over the years.

Looking back, the ones I loved most all had the same things in common: brilliant people, creativity and the freedom to make the role my own.

Even when a job wasn’t right for me, I tended to stay long enough to learn something from it - about the work, the people and, quite often, myself. Each role helped me understand a little more clearly what I did - and didn’t - want from the next one.

The best thing I’ve carried with me, though, is the people. I’ve always tried to leave on good terms, and I’m still friends with many former colleagues, despite all the years and miles between us.

Running a business has brought challenges I could never have anticipated. Some days I’d quite happily run away from it all; on others, I can’t believe I get to call it my job. But most of the time, I feel incredibly lucky to have built something that brings together so many of the things I’ve loved along the way.

And yes, we really did deep-fry sweets when the chip-shop boss wasn’t there. 🙈🤣

Work recap part 1 //

Assistant Curator of Public Programmes at @artesmundi 💫

From September 25 to April 26 I worked alongside @amytreharne and the Artes Mundi team to deliver the public programme for AM11. We worked with a team of six amazing engagement producers and planned and delivered talks, workshops, tours and more across five venues in Wales and connecting internationally online.

Favourite highlights include participating in @jumanasan’s water diviner project and watching sunrises on the train from Aberystwyth to Cardiff. I’m really grateful to have worked with and met so many new inspiring people, in Wales and elsewhere in the world. Being able to freelance from Mid Wales and work internationally was a special thing. Congratulations again to the artists, contributors and the legacy AM11 holds.

Final artist talks today!

Natasha Toms and Molly Wickett will be on Zoom tonight talking about their wonderful works in the Neuro Expression exhibition at @elysiumswansea - all information on how to join can be found on the last picture and on the Elysium website 🙌

Thank you to everyone who joined for mine and @_rebeccafhardy ‘s artist talks for the exhibition. The whole evening felt so warm and inviting and I’m so grateful to the teams of @elysiumswansea and @neuroexpression for creating such a safe space to talk about the impact of my neurodivergencies (plus the occasional horror film! 🦇) on my work.

Mae Niwro Fynegiant yn arddangosfa grŵp o artistiaid sy'n uniaethu fel niwroamrywiol. Wedi'i ddewis o ganlyniad i alwad agored genedlaethol, mae pob artist yn archwilio ac yn mynegi eu profiadau synhwyraidd, emosiynol, seicolegol neu gorfforol fel pobl niwroamrywiol.
Mae hon yn arddangosfa sy'n arddangos ac yn dathlu creadigrwydd, dyfnder ac amrywiaeth artistiaid niwroamrywiol trwy ddod â gweithiau ynghyd sy'n herio ffyrdd normadol o weld, meddwl a chreu.

Neuro Expression is a group exhibition of artists who identify as neurodivergent. Chosen from the result of a national open call-out, each artist explores and expresses their sensory, emotional, psychological or physical experiences as neurodivergent people.

This is an exhibition that showcases and celebrates the creativity, depth, and diversity of neurodivergent artists by bringing together works that challenge normative ways of seeing, thinking, and creating.

Neuro Expression is open now at @elysiumswansea and I’m so proud to be a part of it! Created by Nathan of @neuroexpression , the exhibition ‘showcases and celebrates the creativity, depth, and diversity of neurodivergent artists by bringing together works that challenge normative ways of seeing, thinking, and creating.’
