Support women in the scene. Always.

Today is a reminder that we need to support each other and that we also need everyone’s support.

Over the years, I’ve seen many female DJs and producers taking a bigger place in the scene. Women who inspire me and push me to keep going, to keep fighting for what I want to become and for who I want to be as an artist. I want to stay true to myself as a DJ, specially as a woman.

Just one example: female DJs don’t always get booked because of their music, talent, hard work, or passion. Sometimes it’s simply because there’s a missing spot to fill and a lineup needs a woman on it.

There is still a huge gap, and we need to change that.

So how can we do it?

If you know a female DJ, whether she’s your friend, your partner, or simply someone whose music you like, support her. Show up. Share her work. Be there.

And if you’re a female DJ, support other women in the scene. We’re not here to compete with each other. We’re here because we share the same passion, and together we can make it stronger.

So remember, there is a lot of talent and hard work behind all of these amazing women, support them.

Yesterday was such a vibe with the amazing team of designers at @flexxi.design! ✨🪩

Reflecting back on this past year, I’m blown away at how we’ve grown, not just with the level of clients we collaborate with but the way our individual team members are growing as professionals!

From best-in industry product design to stunning websites that perform, I couldn’t be more proud of this incredible team.

We value our ability to maintain an incredible culture as a remote first company (always have been and always will be!)

That said we have growing hubs in Buenos Aires, Barcelona and Tel Aviv ☀️

Want to join our team? We are hiring!

🚀 Dream REMOTE job alert

We are hiring like crazy at @flexxi.design, and WOW—we’ve been speed-running through some of the most ridiculously talented designers out there.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve reviewed over 1000 portfolios (we’ve done some automation to get through them all, but yes, my eyeballs hurt).
In just the past two days, I’ve done nearly 10 interviews. If my calendar were a person, it would be filing a restraining order.

Huge thank you to everyone who has shown interest in joining our team! ✨

While our product design pipeline is bursting at the seams, we’re still on the hunt for visual and web designers! If that’s you (or your über-talented friend), apply online or reach out to @_relbaum.
We’re hiring for both freelance and in-house roles.

P.S. In an attempt to be that cool, coordinated team, we gifted the team matching shoes for the holidays… only to discover that sizing is an absolute LIE. Some of us are gliding effortlessly, while others are now committed to the sock-and-blister life. Let this be a warning. 😂👟

Yes there are incredible AI tools (we use them too)!

There’s nothing like the power of human connection to build products that solve real human problems and tell powerful stories 🧠
