Would have done the dance, but well… 😂😂😂

Finally back to the gym after 16 months!!! 🥹💪🏾

I’ve been doing home workouts in the meantime, but let’s just say… things haven’t exactly gone as planned. 😂

So here I am, trying to restart again.

This time, I’m doing things a little differently and holding myself accountable with the help of my able Coach, @wetinifitdo! 🫡❤️

Let’s see how this goes because I’m determined to make this one stick.

This time:

• Not rushing
• Not trying to lift too heavy
• Prioritising consistency
• Getting my steps in
• Eating enough protein (so help me God! 😂)
• RESTING

No pressure to get back to where I was overnight. Just showing up, doing the work and getting stronger one day at a time.

We’re back, baby! 🏋🏾‍♀️😂💜

Many activewear brands lose time and money because manufacturers are left guessing.

This sports bra and leggings project was all about turning a vision into a clear, production-ready tech pack—so every detail is understood before sampling begins.

Your designs deserve clarity, not confusion. ✨
