Pe 30 octombrie de la 19:00 ne întâlnim la @cinemaunionbucuresti să vă prezentăm în ✨mare premieră ✨ video-eseurile din proiectul Soft Topographies. Intrarea este gratuită, dar e nevoie să faci o rezervare (link în bio, de unde îți poți lua bilet gratuit) De la mockumentary la video art, de la animații digitale la video-eseuri, scurtmetrajele proiectate investighează intersecția dintre tehnologie și gen și explorează tematici din ce în ce mai relevante în ziua de azi: genul și tehnologia operațiilor estetice; AI-ul și violența de gen; tehnologia și genul: nostalgia, resursele online cu care am crescut; genul în discursurile conservatoare online: de la tradwife la taberele de masculinitate; tehnologii speculative, decoloniale și comunitare. 

Durata proiecției: 1h30 + Q&A cu echipele care au realizat video-eseurile. Ce vedem pe 30 octombrie la Union? 👀

vom horror gebrochener herzen @barbara_bily hat einen Text über mein nächstes Projekt BAD WOMEN WITH LONG HAIR geschrieben der gerade im Jahrbuch von @theaterheute_zeitschrift erschienen ist 👻 Am 18.Dezember @staatstheater_regensburg mit dem absoluten Dream Team 🪽 @tyvek_lover (Bühne&Kostüm) und @_ricky.horror_ (Musik) Darum gehts: Walpurga, Vampyra und Jenny besuchen auf Einladung ihrer ehemaligen Schulfreundin Julia eine Aufführung von ROMEO UND JULIA. Nach der Vorstellung verbringen sie gemeinsam einen Abend in der verfluchten Bar „VERGEBUNG 2“. Am nächsten Morgen sind Romeo und Julia verschwunden, überall ist Blut – und jede der drei Frauen erzählt eine andere Version der Ereignisse. Was als klassisches Kriminalrätsel beginnt, entwickelt sich zu einem psychedelischen Horrortrip durch die gesellschaftlichen Unterwelten von Misogynie, Homophobie und compulsive Heterosexuality. Die Rollen von Täterin, Opfer und Monster verschieben sich ständig. Alle haben ein Motiv, alle verdächtigen einander. Vielleicht hat Julia ihren Tod selbst inszeniert? Vielleicht steckt hinter dem Verbrechen etwas ganz anderes? Ausgehend von Shakespeares berühmter Liebestragödie hinterfragt der Abend romantische und heteronormative Erzählungen und geht gegen einen Kanon an, der diese bis heute fortschreibt. Inspiriert von Filmen wie HEAVENLY CREATURES oder JENNIFER’S BODY entsteht ein Text zwischen Horror und feministischer Gesellschaftskritik. Die Frage nach der Täter*in tritt dabei in den Hintergrund. Im Zentrum steht vielmehr, welche Gewalt gesellschaftliche Strukturen und ihre Geschichten auf weibliche und queere Identitäten ausüben.
