Behind seemingly perfect images, mental health challenges don’t discriminate based on status, appearance, or background. A beautiful image can convey an impression of absolute strength, while the real story remains hidden in silence.

Reflecting on their work, I only wish support like this had been more openly available when I was a teenager. Navigating my own internal struggles and trying to handle everything on my own back then led to much more difficult experiences later in life. It makes me so happy to see that young people today have more opportunities to seek support rather than having to face those difficulties in silence ❤️‍🩹
It is such a blessing when public figures and people with real influence choose to support foundations addressing the challenges they may have faced themselves. It’s not just philanthropy; it can also be a reflection of their own deeply personal experiences. Those who have faced such challenges know better than anyone how important it is to seek help early 💫

Still reflecting on Friday evening with so much pride and gratitude.

The Mode Educational Psychology Service Gala at Spencer House @spencer.house brought together an incredible group of people in support of Anna Freud @annafreudcharity and the mental wellbeing of children and young people, a cause close to our hearts.

I am proud that Dibbs International @dibbs.international could be part of such a special evening and support a cause I care deeply about. But above all, I am proud of my beautiful wife, Dr Patricia Britto @drp.educationalpsychologist Seeing you bring your vision to life with such purpose, warmth and determination was something I will always remember. You created a truly memorable evening, and I could not be prouder of you.

Thank you to everyone who came, contributed and helped make it so special. A weekend I will be reminiscing about for a long time. ❤️

What an incredible night the Mode EPS Gala in aid of Anna Freud was. @annafreudcharity

As an Educational Psychologist and Clinical Director of Mode EPS, I am incredibly grateful and genuinely overwhelmed with joy by the support, generosity and kindness shown throughout such a special evening.

Before I share more from the Gala over the coming weeks and days, I firstly want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the evening and the important work of Anna Freud.

The samples are in. 📸

I’ve been testing different papers, finishes and prints to make sure the photographs look just as good on paper as they do on screen.

And we have a winner. The Lustre Photo Paper 240gsm. The prints look incredible on it. Beautiful detail, rich blacks and a really lovely finish that feels made for framing.
