The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.

Do it for yourself! 👊🏻🙌🏻
Once you decide to, everything falls into place, remember the greatness you achieve in life is right on the other side of facing your fears.

Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves. #abrahamlincoln 🖤💯 .
I would like to leave a side note to all the women out there!
For quite a while I loved someone enough to listen and believe all the stupidity, for quite a while I held myself back from doing what I love and from following my heart, for even longer I second guessed myself about the things I loved doing and ended up shutting myself off from even speaking about it.
For myself and all of you that might be going through the same, I decided to brake my tabu and vomit all this, which has made me sick for quite a long time.
For me and all women out there, "-don't let nobody make you believe what you are not", only because of their own insecurities, the smartest ones are those who can identify why you were made feel this way. #trustissues #truth #keepitreal #empoweringwomen ✨✨✨.

Be not afraid of greatness: some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them. 🖤🖤🖤✨✨ #williamshakespeare .
Being a Libra sometimes it can be challenging to make a decision, to me, the only one I am not sure of, is...
If I prefer colored or black and white, the question is never what do I like, I know what I like, it's always how do I prefer...everything else I know exactly what I want, I am sure you know what I meant... #keepingitreal .
That said I also know exactly who I want to shoot with and who I don't!
Only the bests of the bests @charliecouch
That's something I also always had, a taste for the best! 💯
Which one do you prefere?! Help me choose...
Colored or Black and white?? ♥️😍

I don't really remember how it all went down, I came from sports, gymnastics was in my life for about 12 years, swimming, ballet, did all sports my current bfs were on it at the time, from jiu jitsu to surfing, started my gym obsession when I was 16 and from there I never stopped. Coming from sports I can affirm competition is a word which drives me and keeps me going, competing, gives me a trill, nothing else have really taken the same roll in my life. Exactly 3 years ago I found myself bored and wanting to challenge myself, thats when I decided to go into my first bikini competition, at that time I knew to get out of depression and to build myself back again I needed to go back to the gym, work out to be able to feel better inside and out, the reason I say, is cuz I truly believe inside first, everything else just reflects outside, it just happens naturally. Its safe to say, that when you feel good inside you reflect outside, and at that point I needed to build my confidence back besides making myself stronger mentally. Thats when I ran into @camile_periat and joined @team_pulse, so far the smartest and best decision I made, Camile stepped into my life and since than I'm sure would be pointless to say or preach when you all can see thru these months my body transforming right before your eyes, this woman became to me a reflection of what I am aiming to be, she is not only my coach, but my best friend, psychologist, mom, right hand, she is my ground and at this point in my life and in the beginning of my fitness career I can affirm you are more than essential in order for me to keep achieving my goals and conquering them. I have said once, going to say it again, nothing would be possible without your amazing coaching skills, you help me build a strong foundation and I would not have done it without you. Love you with all my heart, you changed my life and gave a
