One of the powerful things is consistency - that’s how you start big movement and get big results. Amado’s Hyrox90 on Sundays has been consistently giving training to our Hyrox Athletes and creating such a powerful extended community. 8am and 9:30am on Sundays. 5:30pm Amado’s Run Club on Mondays is the perfect supplement to Sunday’s training.

Days like these… so proud of my little fam, friends and myself! Andrew and raced our first 8km together ( he did in fact kick my butt as expected ) Shawn ran his second half marathon for a PR. We all had a blast and can’t wait to do it again. Thank you RVM for putting on a great event. And @f45_training_langford for the team training and support. Congrats to everyone that went out and pushed themselves beyond their comfort zones this weekend! ❤️ #yyj #runner #familyrun #rvm #family

Imagine dreaming of building something special. Imagine taking the risk when you don’t know where it will lead. Imagine believing in something so deeply that you turn that dream into reality. That’s Panthera 🦁 More than a team. More than a gym. More than a community. It’s a place where strangers become family. Where people show up for each other. Where support is loud, kindness is unmatched, and every single person matters. Watching our Panthera crew show up and represent at TF45 was honestly something special. 🔥 The energy, the effort, the passion, the encouragement, but most importantly, the way everyone had each other’s backs. That’s what makes this community different. We don’t just celebrate the wins. We stand together through the hard days, we push each other when things get tough, and we genuinely want to see one another succeed. I’m incredibly proud of every single person who showed up, stepped outside their comfort zone, gave it everything they had, and represented Panthera with so much heart! You all reminded us exactly why we started this in the first place. We call it special because it is. And maybe that’s why we call ourselves a secret society… 🤫 The secret is getting out. Panthera is growing. Panthera is becoming something bigger than we ever imagined. To our entire team YOU ARE INCREDIBLE. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for believing. Thank you for being Panthera. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it 🖤 #community #hyrox #team #athletes #special

“Friends who run together…. “ I kept repeating this as I watched this run club through the lens of my camera. I saw this vivid vision of a film showcasing the emotions of what I experienced. I spent two nights searching for the song that could embrace the powerful force. “Friends inspire each other” Coach Amado has put together an opportunity for our community to come together and run. Running is a personal challenge - you come together as a group, but it’s your own struggle and triumph that lets you feel the reward. Some days it’s hard. Some days you don’t want to get out of the car. But we do it together… we strive to bring each of us higher to share our energy and spirit. Come join us. We collectively hold it up. It shines bright. Today’s 5:30am foundations class focused on two things: breath + bracing for force transfer. We love lifting heavy over here. Learning how to create stability and bracing is more than flexing your superficial abs - it’s about creating 360° tension from the inside out, plus stacking the body to protect the spine and enable max force production that can actually be expressed efficiently under load. The difference between moving weight and moving weight well comes down to positioning, tension, and breath. We learned where energy leaks happen + how to create stability to avoid them. TLDR: Better brace = better force production which = more power output (+ less risk) Strong morning crew today 👊🏼🦁
