Update on our beautiful project. Almost half way sold out!!! We want to thank all of our clients and investors for trusting us to deliver you the best project on the coast. All the clients that bought so far are absolutely amazing. Every client that bought so far once a house immediately which is great for a project. You’re not gonna have a project bought in land sitting there for years with no homes. This project is going full speed ahead. Water system is pretty much complete. Electric installation starts Monday. Once we finish the underground installation for electric. It’s time to cover everything up and finish the road and sidewalks. You heard that correctly, “sidewalks.” Number one it’s a law when you build a neighborhood down here to have sidewalks but you’d be surprised of how many projects cut corners and don’t have any. Our project has been well thought out from every aspect. The drainage of rainwater. The flow of how you come and go, designing the neighborhood so every house has a view that will never be blocked, in so much more. Big shout out to all of our investors, and future investors. We’ve been very selective of who is buying in our neighborhood. The Buyer so far, we couldn’t ask for better people. Every single one of you are very special, in fit perfect perfectly in this neighborhood. Yeah, limited land left so please get in touch as soon as possible. We just sold our last lot with that price we’ve been advertising. We were selling the land plus a house altogether for $335,000. We hit our Mark and now the price is $350,000 For the total package, so congrats to everybody who got in early. If you check the market, our new price is still cheap compared to what’s on the market currently for resale. This is a brand new project, which means you have 10 year warranty on the infrastructure, and your custom built home. What a dream team! Big shout out to our entire team that has worked nonstop. I’ve been down here for 19 years and this is the best team that I’ve ever assembled. Thank you all for the hard work. @ledesmacorp @juliohidalgo_navia @grupomarriott @sr.ecuador @ecuadorian_coastal_properties @victormenagzbch @frankheredia_g @brmagazineec

For rent!!! FOR SALE!!! @5starscohosting handles all the rentals and they do an amazing job. Just last year we were going over the numbers and this condo made 16% ROI JUSTIN RENTALS!!! For the price, this has to be one of the best deals on the entire coast right now. Two bedroom fully furnished, this property rents very well and gives you a great ROI. It’s listed for $215,000 online right now, but our CEO and owner told us was “bring me an offer..” This is one of Garrett Parker’s private condos. He mentioned he is very flexible. He would allow possibly in-house finance, or he’s willing to entertain all offers. This is one of those deals you won’t see again. If you’ve been looking for that deal, this is it. Listening to all offers. @5starscohosting does the managing for this beautiful condo and it literally stays rented. So if you’re looking for a great deal to buy and then rent this out. Five star cohosting has covered.. We repeat, if you’ve been looking for that amazing deal, stop looking and call us immediately. I guarantee you that asking price can come way down. #manta #ecuador #negotiable #bestdeal

👇 🐋 Whale season is ON in Ecuador! Every year from June to October, thousands of humpback whales travel over 7,000 km from Antarctica to our warm coastal waters. Why? To mate and give birth to their calves. Best places to see them: 📍 Puerto López (the whale-watching capital) 📍 Isla de la Plata 📍 Salinas & Ayangue Breaching, singing, and mothers with their babies… pure magic. Have you seen them this season? 👇
