thankful for every smile mile :)

Thank you Fitch Track and Field for the best 4 years of my life. Every high and every low was something that I'll be forever changed by. Thank you to Jesus, my coaches, friends, family, and doctors for believing and supporting me throughout every up and down. Every episode of passing out or undereating would have given lots of people a reason to quit their sport. But I'm so blessed to say that I have an amazing support system who got me through all of it. 🤍 Thankful to be healthy, and happy :) Once a falcon always a falcon. Can't wait for the next 4 🐧

Thank you McDonald Cross Country for shaping me into the person I am and will continue to be. Nothing but love for this sport. From the pains and frustrations, to the lessons learned and memories made, I am going to miss it all.

$A mile starting with the number 4 again is all I wanted after the health issues I’ve had and we got that today with Faith cheering me on 2020- 4:25 Mile PR in August, decent XC season ruined with calf injury 2021- Lead Ohio for the indoor D2 800m but calf injury lead to stress fracture, senior season was decent but could only do so much 2022- Left calf injured, physical therapy with no running Feb- April 2023- Healthy high mileage in Florida only to have horrible stomach issues that kept me out July- almost Sep January 2024- Tibial stress fracture that kept me out off and on for 5 months. Then TODAY- a mile starting with a 4 after not much training but the healthiest I’ve been and the hardest I’ve worked. God is GOOD$
