Thank you to everyone who came out to dance with us at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum! The nor’easter couldn’t stop us.
DJ Adi Oasis and Stretch Armstrong kept the floor moving, Jungle and Samantha from Rikud Dance Studio brought the magic, and our favorite tallest person, Kwesi, came through! 🙌🏽

Huge thanks to the Brooklyn Children's Museum for having us.

Next up: TWO Halloween parties, Oct 25 and Oct 31. 🎃 Stay close. ⚡️

Reflections of summer: Love, joy, grief, pain, celebration.

Two weeks late but, we move. 😏

This was my first full summer in the UK and it was full of joy. Not being able to safely travel home because of my gender maker has made my yearning to connect with my American culture hit completely different!

Grieving what my Native and African American communities are enduring. Navigating what my trans and eNBy community are enduring. Grieving the gynophobia and hatred toward women femmes and afab folks…

While simultaneously celebrating life and being alive. 😮‍💨

When the horrors persist, so do I.

Here is a small portion of the celebrations. This summer was beautiful.

I ❤️ The Americas! 🇺🇸🇨🇦 Thank you for blessing my summer. ☀️✨🪩

It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve been able to come home and I needed this dance ritual medicine “real bad”. 🤠

Took a minute to process the abundance of @summerdanceforever and wanted to share some of the shinanigans.

From the bottoms of my heart, thank you guys for making me feel safe enough to be my weirdest most whimsical self, unapologetically. 🧚🏽‍♂️

Stay safe, till we meet again! ❤️

oh, to be a woman…

✨🪬🌀

i have been in a season of rediscovering my femininity, my softness, my strength, my multiplicity. i have been resting. i have been feeling. i have been slowing down. to be a woman innately connected to the ultimate Mother - Earth - is the gift. here’s to the continued journey of self.
