One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been sharing Pilates with the women in my life. 🤍

To these incredible women: thank you for trusting me with your practice while I’m still in training. Thank you for showing up with curiosity, patience, laughter, and a willingness to grow alongside me.

Every session reminds me that Pilates is about so much more than movement. It’s about confidence, connection, and creating space to care for ourselves together.

As a woman of color, there’s something especially meaningful about bringing this practice into my community and watching more women discover just how strong and capable they already are.

If you’ve been Pilates-curious but weren’t sure where to start, I’d love to move with you. My teaching hours are helping me become a certified instructor, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey, too. 🤍

Tag a friend you’ve been wanting to try Pilates with, or send me a DM if you’d like to be on my practice client list (Bay Area).

I’m glad you’re here. 🤍
It’s never too late to choose yourself, try something new, or begin again.

I’m documenting my journey because I have a feeling yours is just getting started too.

Tell me: what are you beginning?

my last football sister vlog of the season :,(

my theme of this year was “because I can”

the past few years, I was so busy. I used to work 3 jobs. I used to travel so much where I missed so many moments in my family. this year I was so intentional and I made sure I got to document moments in my family. everyone knows i grew up in a football family, so documenting my brother’s football season and getting to travel to places to watch him “just because i can” literally fills my cup.

i make these videos not for the likes, but truly just to document moments my family can look back on. anyways, the past month or so has been so much fun and I can’t wait for next year.
