Three Sisters. One Vision. One Table. ✨
Meet the hearts behind Three Spoons Sherene, Shemura & Shechel. Three sisters from the Virgin Islands brought together by our love for food, family, culture, and community. What started around our family table has now become a space where we celebrate connection, creativity, and the incredible culinary talent rooted in our islands.

The final photo is the woman who inspired it all our mother. The one who taught us how to cook with love, honor tradition, and carry forward recipes and stories passed down through generations from Tortola, St. John, and St. Thomas. Her hands shaped our foundation long before Three Spoons ever existed.

Three Spoons is more than a table. It’s our personality, our roots, our memories, and our love letter to the Virgin Islands. We’re excited to continue spotlighting local culinary talent while creating experiences that feel warm, intentional, and unforgettable.This space is for our friends, our community, and everyone who believes the best memories are made around the table.

As our father always reminded us: “One Love & One VI Always.”
