This music was born out of an attempt to totally reimagine what this project could be for Liz and me. We approached making a more hybridized electronic pop music both in form and in affect, approaching electronic production and pop songwriting both from first principles. Over the course of writing there started to come to the forefront this interest in marrying different "fidelities" which we tried to apply in as many ways as that can be defined. So in a way this is Teton simultaneously uprezzed and pixelated.

To us the album is about self-induced solitude, privacy as a discipline, anti-noise, soul mating, and the practice of handling "meaning" as a verb.

I genuinely can’t believe that Omni Rail is only one week away. After working towards this for a year and some change, then being able to combine forces with so many people, this is going to be so special.

The performance will be opening for PICA’s TBA Festival during First Thursday, utilizing PNCA’s atrium and mezzanine as a site specific instrument.

Omni Rail Features an amazing ensemble of musicians and movement artists who use the Omni Rail
The performance begins at 6 pm so don’t be late :)

Here is a short video of our rehearsals this past weekend with footage by Jacob Hogan, which will be featured in projections by Lenny Beach in the Mediateque from 5-8.

Choreography by Muffie Delgado Connelly
Project Mentorship by Zach D’Agostino

Thrilled to announce I have been commissioned to create a new Yelling Choir performance work for the @oregoncontemporary Artist Biennial alongside 20 other visionaries. Performance is June 1, 2024, and will feature my dear Yelling Choir veterans as well as some new voices from the community. Stay tuned for more.
