Can you guess what we’re planning? 😬

Here’s a hint: it’s something relaxing, a workout, intentional self-care, and community all in one.

As we wrap up Women’s Month, I can’t think of a better way to honor it than by recognizing these incredible women. I’m truly grateful to be part of such an amazing team, surrounded by so many intelligent and dedicated individuals. Your hard work inspires me every day, and I feel blessed that God has brought us together to uplift one another.

Though a few are missing, I hope each woman felt celebrated this month and received all she deserves.

What a way to kick off my birthday! My twin and I decided to host a run at the gorgeous @druidhillpark , the newly revamped reservoir. It was such a blast! Everyone was getting to it, running, and cheering each other on to keep going. Same time next year!

Thanks to @a.j.partyfavors for our custom bibs and medals

Finally took the time to recap our 4th annual Bodycamp, and I couldn’t stop smiling while making this video. My heart is full, and I’m grateful for everyone who has supported me throughout the years.

A big thank you to @solidcore and Coach Jala @jalawellness for partnering with me on this class and kicking things off with mat Pilates.

Thank you to @kennyfutrell & @peakbaltimore for opening up their space to us

I’m excited about the future of Blackgirlsinfitness and can’t wait to keep building sisterhood through wellness and fitness!
