Isaiah 60:22

Goodbyes are difficult and speeches have never been my thing. I’ve had this sitting in my notes for weeks waiting for the perfect moment to share with you all.
As I look back at these past 3 years, I think about how much hard work went into getting to this moment in my career. So many times I felt inadequate but I kept pushing forward and by the grace of God I have reached yet another goal.
I thank him for all the opportunities and blessings he’s provided me. For with him I am my strongest and with him I can do all things.
Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout my journey, from parents, coaches, and just people who wanted to see me succeed. I am forever grateful for your generosity.
To the athletes, thank you for allowing me to capture so many moments and become more than just a photographer. The bonds I have created with many of you are ones I will forever cherish.
To my mentors, coworkers, and the people who gave me the platform to show what I could do, thank you for always believing in me and making Israel, or as many of you know me “igflickss” who he was.
Lastly, to my family and friends, thank you for your everlasting love. You made Israel who he is behind the camera. To my mother and my sister, I love you guys more than anything, and I thank you for always being my number one fans.
I am so excited and grateful for this next chapter of my life, and if you guys miss me too much, you can always come see me working for the orange and blue.

As I look back and reflect on my year so far, this has been without a doubt the most difficult year of my life. This year started with the loss of my younger brother Collin Michael Balogh. A sweet soul who is gone way too soon.
During this time I was just barely 1 month into my first new job in 4 years.
This year broke me down and challenged me in so many ways, and while I can’t turn back time, I hope that I am living my best life for you lil bro.
Whether it is grief, imposter syndrome, depression, burnout, or anger, myself and my family are all still standing, and we will be stronger than ever. Make sure you check in on a loved one today if you haven’t in a while.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my family along the way. Here’s to the rest of 2026.
