Moon and Stars, 2023 is hanging in the group exhibition Analogue (n.) @theengineroomnz

Final day to see it is today, Sat 9th. Panel discussion at 2pm.

“This exhibition celebrates the 50th anniversary of photography education at Massey University. Bringing together over 100 works by
alumni, staff, students and contemporary artists who engage with analogue processes. It highlights the continued critical and conceptual
potential of physical photographic practice in a digital world.

As photography enters the latest in the series of technological revolutions that have characterised its history, we celebrate the legacy
and ongoing relevance of analogue photography. Through film-based photography, alternative processes, and handmade printing
techniques, the exhibition considers how the material and tactile qualities of analogue photography offer resistance to the speed,
uniformity, and disposability of digital image culture. It honours the analogue past while situating it firmly within contemporary discourse.”

Thank you @shaun_waugh @caroline_mcquarrie @_will.bennett_ and everyone involved @photography_massey for putting on a real good show
