Two SUNDAYS ago.

From the bottom of our hearts Thank You everyone who came out and supported MATCHA & YAP. Having everyone there to be present and experience SOLHYE come into fruition, there is no words to describe it and I am ever so grateful. Thank you to family and friends who came by on the day to show their love and support. To the new friends and family that I got to meet and had the quick chance to talk to that day thank you 🙏🏽
Really shows how community driven AOTEAROA is and always supporting the locals new or old.

SPECIAL SHOUTOUTS to the team who made this event happen. Firstly thank you to my DJ’s, honestly so grateful and blessed to have you guys at the event and to give up your time to perform and make this dream into reality thank you! Shoutout to the @fobs2theworld , @massimodj_ , @johnbulayy , @gabriellearaa and @anthony.meireles91 . Thank you thank you again ❤️
To the front of house team! @anjali_issar , @fvwz____ @therahulissar and @akhilbhan_ . Without you Fantastic 4 the event would’ve been a mess! Honestly blessed! Thank you 🙏🏽
Lastly to the event team and the vendors who gladly raised their hands up and took yo the challenge! Shoutout to @bukoboy.nz , @go_chiro , @_stakkd and @lolas.grill . Thank you for taking this journey with me and presenting SolHye to the world. Another big shoutout to @yaneereidx ! Holy thanks for stepping up and helping me with my matcha! Without ya it would’ve been hella of a mess. As well as @eaststreethall for hosting the event and have the perfect venue for this event.
Special mentions to @aislinn_m , @jesaihermanoche , @ezekiel.bbc and @hummez_bulkay for doing behind the scenes work. Without these minor details again the event would’nt have been possible.

So again THANK YOU TO EVERYONE, who showed love and support to SOLHYE’s MATCHA & YAP. This is definitely first of many. We are already working on the next pop up to showcase to the 09. Until the next one. PEACE & LOVE 💝

At Lola’s Grill, we’re all about bringing people together through food. Filipino cuisine is underrated, and we’re here to change that—one skewer at a time.

Inspired by my late Lola, who made every meal feel like a feast, we’re bringing those same flavours from the motherland to the streets.

Filipino BBQ is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory, and at Lola’s Grill, we bring all those flavors together in every bite.

This Sunday, April 6, from 12–3 PM, we’re lining up at East Street Hall with local food vendors @_stakkd and @bukoboy.nz for @solhye__’s first event, MATCHA AND YAP.

Pull up, support your locals, and grab a skewer (or three). See you there ‼️‼️‼️

We have some chismis! Buko Boy is joining the boys for a fun little popup - Matcha & Yap.

Eat, drink, chismis… and maybe a boogie? 👀

To finally launch Buko Boy, I’ll be slinging sweet pies (slices and whole pies) alongside some amazing food vendors, with DJ sets to close out the night.

📍 East Street Hall
📅 Sunday, April 6th | 12-5 PM/SOLD OUT
🎟️ See bio for details & after-party tickets
🥧 Limited pies! Preorders for whole pies will open soon, so keep an eye out - slots will be very limited!
