SDA014: Bassiks - A Long Trip EP
Pre-Order exclusive on Beatport: 27.07.2026
Release Date: 06.08.2026

SHIFT Digital Audio welcomes Bassiks to the label with “A Long Trip”, a five track EP featuring the tracks “A Long Trip,” “Above the Clouds,” “Different Perspective,” and “City Of Joy.” Across the release, Bassiks combine driving grooves, solid low-end, and spacious textures with subtle melodic elements that gradually evolve throughout each track. Built around hypnotic repetition, carefully shaped transitions, and a restrained approach to arrangement, the EP maintains a steady flow while allowing each element to develop naturally.

Raw yet immersive, A Long Trip presents five distinctive cuts designed for the dancefloor while preserving a deep atmospheric character. Through precise sound design and a balance between energy and space, Bassiks deliver a refined techno statement that reflects SHIFT Digital Audio’s commitment to forward-thinking and uncompromising techno.
