Creators decide what a lot of people eat next. Somebody posts a dish on Tuesday, and by Saturday there’s a queue.

But the people who feed Kenya and the people who tell its story almost never sit at the same table.

During the Magical Kenya Travel Expo, we pulled forty of them together at Peppertree for The Table: Creator Lunch. Creators, chefs, founders, funders, policy, and hospitality. Everyone sat next to someone from a different corner of the food world. @chef_lesiamon cooked four courses, a taste of Kenya from Nairobi to the coast, in collaboration with the incredible team at @peppertreekenya @_stephthechef_

That’s the work. Get the whole industry into one room, and make sure the people with the audience are in it.
