1616 NW 15th Ave (Raleigh Square) is officially closed. ✌🏼 New address above. Classes are still scheduled to start Monday. The new space is still under works, but will be ready enough to start classes! There will be a sign at the old space just incase anyone forgets or didn't get the memo 🫶🏼 Street parking only. WE ARE MOVING! PROJECTED MOVE IN DATE IS THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. As we gear up for the move, a lot of students want to know the new address so they can start mapping out the new commute. So here you go! Here's the new address! THE STAR IS OUR CURRENT LOCATION. As you can see we are just down the street from our current location. It's still Portland street parking, but there's plenty of it! After 7pm parking is free. The new location is in an area with lots happening. First Thursdays and other events! Make sure you plan your commute accordingly. REMINDER- WE ARE NOT IN THE NEW SPACE YET! Projected move in date is the first week of September. #phaseonedancestudio #nwportland

So soon you ask? Yes. Only 10 months at Raleigh Square. Memories were made. First timers. Best friends. Core memories. All made in 10 months. It was a beautiful space. However, the space was not a good fit for a loud dance studio. A rookie mistake on my end. Not doing my due diligence about shared business spaces and sound proofing. I almost gave up completely. But those who know me know how stubborn I am. So after much thought, I was like, no, that's not an option. SO HERE WE ARE. After looking for months, many fall outs, stress, wondering if we were going to be open next month, A SPACE I LOOKED AT FINALLY WENT THRU. It took alot of taking this to the top of the business world. (Being open as a business for less than a year doesn't look good on paper) 🫠 WE FOUND OUR NEW HOME! 🏡 It's 4 blocks from our current location. So literally just down the street! NW Portland. PROJECTED MOVE IN DATE- SEPTEMBER 1st. Noel and I have a lot of work ahead of us. But we got this! CLASSES WILL BE RUNNING AS REGULAR! As we get closer to the move, I will post our new address and official move in date. I want to thank you ALL for trusting me during this. I know I have been teaching/dancing for many many years. But 'business owner' is still something very new to me. I'm in this now! No going back 🤣🌱 I know how much we all love this space, but trust me, the new space is 😱💯 Double the size, lobby and all the Franco love ❤️ Cheers to new beginnings, Much love, Allison
