Thinking of visiting apartments before talking to your banker? Big mistake. 👀
Suzanne Lu explains why serious buyers always get pre-approved first — because when the perfect apartment comes up, you need to move fast.

yesterday i had my open studio exhibition at cité des arts in paris.
i am so amazed and touched by the amount of visitors, and how people showed interest, curiosity and understanding about me and my work.
i got so many lovely comments and questions throughout the evening, and i can honestly say that i felt happy and overwhelmed with joy!

my residency is soon coming to and end, and looking back at my time here, it has been very turbulent and sometimes quite hard.
but yesterday i was able to remind myself that i really am an artist, and that i am proud of what i do.
it is still a strange and tickling feeling despite living my whole life through art, but i am trying to get used to telling myself this.
it gives my existence such profound meaning.

thank you everyone who came yesterday. really thank you !!
thank you @_y_u_k_i_n_o_k_i_m_i_ for helping me get my brain in order.
thank you @citedesartsparis for giving me this opportunity.

i will share more about my artworks later. now i will take a small rest and enjoy my remaining time here in paris 🤍
