Born to a Panamanian mother & Jamaican father 🇵🇦🇯🇲, & 30 years later, I’m stepping into this new chapter feeling incredibly loved, grateful, and blessed 🤎🙏🏽

I’ll admit, leading up to my birthday I was feeling a little discouraged & down about celebrating. But apparently, my friends had already decided that wasn’t an option😂. The love y’all poured into me…from the messages, the celebrations, showing up for me & especially surprising me with a birthday party I genuinely did NOT see coming…meant more than I can put into words 🥹 You reminded me just how beautiful it is to have ppl in your life who WANT to celebrate you. Thank you for making 30 one I’ll never forget.

From the R&B concert to Kehlani’s World Tour, this birthday season gave me memories on memories. & to my coworkers…scratch that…to my friends for life who helped make those moments possible for me…thank you! Y’all played a bigger part in making this birthday special than you probably realize 🫶🏽

To my people, my roots, the memories I’ve made, and everything still waiting for me on the other side of this decade…30 years of life, love, lessons & blessings and I thank God for every chapter that brought me here. Here’s to whatever He has written for me next ✨♥️
