It was such a pleasure working with @officialsamuelajirebi for the first time, and always a pleasure working with @esserocks as usual. I definitely look forward to working with you again, ma’am!🥰❤️

Always grateful for the privilege of working with my boss, @feyzomua, in the makeup and hair department. The absolute best!💯🥰😍
Thank you so much for the numerous opportunities, Mama. I never take any of them for granted!🥹🥰🙌🏾❤️

P.S. I actually spent my birthday on set with these amazing people last year, and they made it so beautiful!🥹🥰😍💯 Sadly, my phone has been acting up, and I lost all the beautiful videos I took on set. Otherwise, I would have shared some BTS moments with you all, as usual!😭🥹❤️

OUR FIRST OFFICIAL FEATURE FILM. OUR WORLD PREMIERE. OUR MOMENT. 🌍🎬❤️

Today, we celebrate a milestone that will forever hold a special place in the story of Webek Studios. 🥹❤️

ABENI - The Blacksmith’s Daughter, our first official feature film, has been selected to screen at the 15th edition of the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) @afriff taking place in Lagos, Nigeria, this November!

And what makes this moment even more special? AFRIFF will be the stage for ABENI’s WORLD PREMIERE. Our story’s first public screening. Its first opportunity to meet an audience. And what an honour to begin this journey right here at home, on African soil. 🇳🇬🌍

To @afriff thank you for this incredible honour and for providing a platform for African stories to shine. To our cast, crew, partners, and everyone who poured their heart into bringing ABENI to life, this milestone belongs to you, too. ❤️

We cannot wait to share ABENI with the world.

Love in the air…

The royal betrothal

“A PROMISE MADE. A FUTURE SEALED.”

Who is in the Shadows?

Something stirs

“SOME STORIES WERE NEVER MEANT TO BE AWAKENED.”

Something has been awakened!

“AND THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING.”

And then the BIG question.

Who DID THIS????

Follow Afobaje as the story continues.
