Honestly the problem with most bad habits is we do more talking than actual change 💀

Butttt

I’ve finally reached a place to where I start to let my change speak for me ☺️ And here are 3 ways I’ve began to do that

MAKE SURE TO GIVE THIS A LIKE AND SHARE IT ❤️

Self awareness ‼️

That for sure was the biggest step to creating better habits. I had to be real with myself about the things I really suck at so that I could even begin to deal with them. Stop sugar coating your failures and short comings….just work to do better 💪🏾

The next biggest adjustment I made was changing my mindset and behavior. If you want better you have to do better so telling yourself you lll never make it or that things are way too difficult for you will become your reality 🫵🏾

Finally…

Practice ✅

Sometimes you won’t be successful changing something the first time you set your mind to it. But the key is to keep coming back up to the challenge until one day you knock it out of the park! 🥳

If any of this helped you don’t forget to SAVE THIS POST 🥰
