23 YEARS. ONE LOVE. ONE LEGACY. ❤️ We didn’t build this love overnight. We built it through seasons. Through sacrifice. Through laughter and tears. Through victories and storms. Through raising a family, chasing dreams, and choosing each other again and again. Brick by brick. Year by year. 23 years later, I understand something I couldn’t have fully understood when we said “I do”: We weren’t just building a marriage. We were building an empire of love — a legacy bigger than both of us. And after everything these 23 years have carried… I would still choose you. ❤️ Happy 23rd Anniversary to my Empress. 👑🥂 August 29, 2003 → Forever. If you’ve watched our journey, leave us a ❤️ and one word of wisdom for the next 23 years. 👇🏾 #23YearsStrong #EmpireOfLove #LoveAndLegacy #BrickByBrick #HappyAnniversary

240 POUNDS DOWN between two brothers. 💯🤝🏾 I lost 100. @_templeforgod_ lost 140. Different journeys, same goal, same discipline. This is what iron sharpening iron looks like. 🦾 “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17 We didn’t get here overnight. Reps, sweat, early mornings, hard days, and choosing to keep showing up. Now when we train together, we push each other to another level. 240 pounds gone. The work continues. 💪🏿💪🏿
