What made you choose F45 College Station?

“I chose F45 College Station because I realized I thrive in a high-energy, group environment. Other gyms didn’t give me that, but F45 does. The energy gets me moving first thing in the morning, and I love the camaraderie. It feels like being part of a team again.” - Tess

- “The coaches are one of the best parts of F45, they bring up the energy at the early morning workouts and are always encouraging and ready to help. The workouts are fast paced and never boring, which keeps me engaged and moving the whole time. It’s the perfect way to jumpstart my day.” - Tess

What keeps you coming back week after week?

- “My personal goals keep me coming back. I love seeing progress, not just in how much stronger I’m getting but also how much better I feel mentally and physically.” - Tess

- “F45 has completely transformed my mindset and lifestyle. I start my mornings earlier and on the right foot, which sets the tone for the rest of my day. I feel more energized, motivated and confident.” - Tess
