There’s a reason you keep coming back. ❤️

Maybe it’s the music. Maybe it’s the people. Maybe it’s that one hour when the rest of the world gets quiet and you finally get to do something just for YOU.

Maybe it’s the instructor who remembers your name, the familiar faces who save you a spot, or the feeling of walking out a little lighter than when you walked in.

Whatever your reason, we hope you never forget how special that feeling is.

Because sometimes what feels like just another dance fitness class becomes the best part of someone’s day.

And the beautiful thing about that? You never really know how much your presence means to someone else.

You might be the reason someone smiles, feels welcome, finds their confidence, or decides to come back one more time.

That’s the kind of impact that goes far beyond the dance floor. ❤️

Now we want to hear from YOU!

What keeps you coming back to class? Tell us in the comments. We’d love to hear your story. 👇🏽

MixxedFit Review-to-Ready for a Cause 2026 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♂️

This year, our Mixxedfit leaders brought the community together for a special Review-to-Ready for a Cause! Instructors and students came together to dance, have fun, and raise funds for a meaningful cause. We’re also still accepting donations for anyone who would like to support.

We started with a high-energy warm-up with Deejay, followed by Dancing with Your Twin led by Coaches Rina, Tina, Denden, and Eloi, then got back to the basics with Mixxedfit Fundamentals.

We kept the energy going with our Mixxedfit leaders Donna, Deejay, Eloi, and Muri, together with instructors Denden, Boom, Ghela, and Puffs.

Then it was time to turn it up with the IRC and Online Choreo Exchange featuring choreos by Rachel, Charity, and Boom!

And because we weren’t done yet… Soul Train! Everyone unleashed their inner dancer and showed off their moves before cooling down with Coach Sinag.

What a day! We SWEAT. We DANCED. We LAUGHED. We CONNECTED. And most importantly, we gave back.

That’s the Mixxedfit community. Come for the workout, stay for the people, and leave with a full heart.

Because when we come together, we make a bigger impact. We are BETTER TOGETHER. ❤️

☀️ THE RISEFIT COLLECTIVE Week 2 TONIGHT!

🌎 Can’t make it to Phoenix?
Join the RISEFIT Collective Virtual Giveback and help us make an impact from wherever you are. Once you make your donation, send us your screen print and we will get you full access to the collective!

About @risefitfest :
What if your workout could do more than move your body… what if it could move a community? ❤️

That’s the heart behind RISEFIT FEST 2026.

October 16–18, we’re bringing people together in Phoenix for an entire weekend of movement, music, dance, connection, and community … all while helping raise money for Ability360. ♿️🔥

From The Ultimate After Dark Master Class Friday night, to an action-packed Saturday, to Sunday’s Rise & Reset Experience and MixxedFit Coast to Coast Master Class … there’s a place for you at RISEFIT.

And here’s the thing…

You don’t have to be in Phoenix to make an impact. 🌎

If you can’t join us in person, you can still be part of the movement through the RISEFIT Collective Virtual Giveback, bringing instructors and participants together virtually to move, connect, and give back.

Because this isn’t just about fitness.

It’s about using what we love to create something bigger than ourselves.

It’s about making sure more people feel seen, included, and empowered to move.

It’s about community.

It’s about PURPOSE.

And it’s about rising together. 🧡💜💚
