At the opening night of Tatler Ball Asia 2025, we explored that question beneath the waves — quite literally. 🌊

✨ Very honoured to have MC’d An Ode to Self-Mastery, Day 1 of the Tatler Ball Asia with The Conscious Festival as a supporting partner, bringing together 160 of Asia’s leading innovators, founders, and changemakers for an evening of reflection, resilience, and renewal at the Singapore Oceanarium.

🔥 Headlined by the legendary Wim Hof @iceman_hof (“The Iceman”), who shared his philosophy on breath, cold exposure, and mindset — reminding us that “power, strength, and happiness are our birthright.”

His message echoed through the deep blue: true mastery begins when we reconnect with nature and our inner stillness.

Joining him was Lhakpa Sherpa @mountain_queen_10 the first woman to summit Everest nine times — a living symbol of courage and persistence.

Together, they embodied the night’s spirit: that the greatest summit we can conquer is within ourselves. 🧘‍♂️
