Today’s Tower Fusion class looks simple on paper but it got heated very quickly. So important to talk to full body connection in order to fight the unilateral movement of the springs. Without keeping feet grounded the movement will either be lost or the springs will boss you around.

The arm series not only worked their upper body, it got them comfortable on the box, warmed up their glutes and practiced the hip hinge before really challenging them by standing up. We did several reps with only their outside hand behind their head before giving the option of two hands, rotation happened with the same progression. 1 blue spring

Happy Labor Day weekend! This crew finished off summer with a 90 minute class that took them through all three studios. My segment focused on Legs and Glutes working hard at the Barre.

We took our Tower Class behind the scenes today. Always fun switching up the space and working in different areas to make it feel fresh. Have you taken our Tower class yet?!? @_theinfinityclub_ #pilates #allegro2 #pilatesinstructor #towerpilates #bergencounty
