At the mom wellness cave we have FUN!! But beside just having fun we provide resources and ways to also work on your wellness journey as a mom. Sometimes motherhood can be overwhelming and sometimes we as moms need a break, a listening ear and some solid advice. I am so thankful that I was able to create the space for moms to receive all of those things and truly be celebrated. Motherhood doesn’t have to be complicated and it doesn’t need to be lonely. The mom wellness cave is true sisterhood. 💜💜💜

Thank you @____cdp for always helping me to execute my vision and keep this community what it is today.

Thank you @_thelifespeaker_ for speaking live into these moms and giving us all the tools and strategies to make motherhood a little bit easier.

Raise your hand if you remember the popular sitcom moesha 🙋🏽‍♀️ she was definitely on to something when she may the decision to journal everyday. Now as mom it has been one of the best things to do for my mental health.

That’s why we included a journaling aspect in the creating space for moms workshop. We will be providing journals and supplies and will go over journaling techniques and benefits along with help and support from a licensed counselor.

Being a mom can be overwhelming and lonely sometimes but you don’t have to do it alone.
