BK STOMPERS has a team that can upset anyone when the playoffs come around. @ya.boy.coolie and @tybourne30 are a great 1, 2 punch and seem to take turns leading the team in scoring. The high flying @thatslite and chairman of the boards @bluenu823 provide a good down low presence and have thrived off of the pick and roll. Combined with the electric @bucketfam_rome and they end up putting up a lot of points as a team. Tonight was no different against an underwhelmed X-Men team.

Two months ago, my baby brother, my superhero, my heart, transitioned to the spiritual realm. The pain cut me deeply, it’s indescribable. Grief lowered my head, heightened my sorrow & I’d be lying if I said I don’t feel broken inside but his spirit is helping with my healing process. I’m learning to embrace stillness & appreciate the peace that silence brings. In those moments, I feel most connected to him.

After he transitioned, I started receiving signals of his presence from the divine. The healing journey is ongoing & undoubtedly, it will be a life-long process. I’m still mastering the art of allowing my grief & healing to co-exist. For 23 years we stood connected through blood & love in this life. For eternity, our bond remains♾🔐

Today is KJ’s 24th birthday. Happy Heavenly Birthday, babyboy 🌹 My babybro was an artist, in fact, he was one of the greatest lyricist his generation has ever seen.

In honor of his legacy & as a healing method for myself, my tribe & the recent hardships that many of my students have experienced, we’ve published our second book, Literary Mixtape Vol.1 (available now via Amazon- link in bio).

Since this book is a dedication to my brother, we’ve designed it as a mixtape. Side A takes a literary soapbox approach, side B is a love letter to valued members of our tribe & the bonus tracks are heartfelt narratives dedicated to Lil Paap🕊💫

This book is truly a labor of love and legacy, with collaborations from my students & my siblings. This generational healing was manifested by my beloved babybro🌹

SOUL Much gratitude to @grandiosevzn thank you for sharing your passion & partnership with us.

To my beloved @4TheCultureCrew, thank you for your love, patience, & encouragement.

& To my heart, my babybro, I felt your presence during every editing session, I felt your embrace when I no longer had the strength to be as strong as you & I feel your love always, all ways. From you, I learned determination, grace, & courage. My existence is tied to yours, which means your legacy lives on. ♾✨

I love you deep, in this life & the next. I am my brother’s keeper, eternally🤞🏾
