Legacy Day was powerful. Shoutout to my dog Brian @_themultiplier for the invite and opportunity. And big love to my big bro Brandon @brandonoshodin — a real mentor in my life. He’s been a major part of my growth, not just in business, but in becoming a better man overall. I’m not gonna lie, I wasn’t even feeling 100% that day. Just getting over a cold, mind not all the way there, doubt trying to creep in. But I still showed up. And that’s what I want people to take from me… I’m far from perfect. I’m just a young man who’s been tested by life, made mistakes, and sometimes got in my own way. But no matter what, I keep moving forward. Because it’s not about being perfect… it’s about showing up anyway. When you show up despite how you feel, despite your circumstances, despite your past… God blesses that. Keep going. Keep striving. Don’t fold. Don’t forget to breathe. #LegacyDay #1as1 #SelfMastery #KeepGoing #DontFold MindBodySpirit Breathwork Discipline

When I was in high school, my favorite part was when someone from outside the school would come share some practical ideas about life. I vividly remember a guy coming to our class and telling us how he chased a girl all the way from high school through college he only went to college and maintained grades in an attempt to marry her. He never got the girl, but he got a degree. Everyone in class called him a sucker. What I took from his story was that with a strong enough why, you can do anything because he was the first person from his family to even attempt college. He broke a generational education gap as a side effect of his goal. I told myself when I reach my goal I’m going to start going to schools and prisons and sharing what I learned, and I did just that. I was homeless in 2012. Got my mind right in 2013 with the fruit of a beautiful wife and daughter, a 6-figure business doing what I loved and was already doing for free my whole life. 2014 I started sharing ideas for free in classrooms and prisons. A lot of those kids didn’t listen at all. Some of them listened, but their environment overwhelmed their desire to change, and they are dead or in prison. Some of them applied it and are men with families today that I call friends. One of them paid attention, took the seed, and grew an oak tree. That’s @_themultiplier he was in the very first class I taught at. Our guidance counselor Jim Klopher told me after class he was special. All I knew was he asked great questions. Now he is a man with his own family and created an annual legacy day for inner-city kids all over the city of Columbus to get proximity to people and ideas that can influence their lives positively, from mind to finances and health. I’m proud of the man you have become and honored to contribute anyway I can. And shout out to @1tykeem, another kid I met that grew into a man making an impact. I can’t wait for y’all to experience what I experienced this weekend. A lot of times we talk about building residual income, but I’m rich in residual impact, and it’s compounding every year.

I heard a wise man once say, “Start LOCAL and then BUILD GLOBAL‼️” My translation : If you want to IMPACT THE WORLD… start FIRST in your OWN HOME‼️ Full transparency, I’m originally from Columbus, OH and YES, I know it seems like I live in Atlanta, GA 😂😅😩😭 But no, I’m still residing in Columbus 😌 For YEARS as an ENTREPRENEUR I NEVER really “felt” like I got the “respect” or “esteem” that I personally felt I deserved. I remember having conversations with my brother Mike Benoit @billionairebenoit about the lack of SUPPORT from the city. From 2015 - 2021, I personally didn’t know ANY other organization that was putting more people in a position to WIN (and I mean WIN BIG) than we were at that time… HOWEVER… I personally believe, now with growth and maturity, it was my EGO that was bruised… and worst yet, I was causing the pain simply by my PERSPECTIVE! Although YES, the majority of my business, speaking engagements etc are in fact out of town, this year I have made more of an effort to be in more spaces to impact the city of Columbus and surrounding areas. With that said, I’d like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to @_themultiplier Brian and his wife for bringing me out to speak during their LEGACY DAY event!!! Incredible experience with some incredible people!!! Looking forward to continued GROWTH and PROGRESS!!! Let’s GET IT and GROW!!! 📸 : @shaytalton21 the 🐐

“LEGACY Is NOT about what you leave TO people… …LEAGCY is all about what you leave IN them‼️” Huge S/O to my guy @_themultiplier for inviting me to come speak to his tribe this coming Saturday in Columbus, OH. In the last 30 days I have had the opportunity to speak both LIVE and VIRTUALLY 53 times (yea, I know… crazy RIGHT 😩😅😂🚀🔥) However, there is NOT ONE stage, platform, or room I EVER take for granted! Whether the audience is ONE, ONE HUNDRED, or ONE THOUSAND, I see it as an opportunity to SHIFT and change the LIFE of one of Gods children. I’d like to thank all of you who continue to support and encourage me along this journey as well. Also, if you’re in the Columbus area I’d love to invite you as my private guest! Comment the word “ELEVATE” for info and free tickets!
