I OWN A GYM… AND HERE’S WHAT I WISH EVERY BEGINNER KNEW. 😂

You don’t need to be fit to join a gym.

You don’t need to know how to lift weights.

You don’t need fancy gym gear.

And you certainly don’t need good banter… some of our members are living proof of that. 👀😂

But seriously…

One of the biggest things holding people back from starting their fitness journey is the fear of not being good enough.

Not fit enough. Not strong enough. Not confident enough.

That’s exactly why we’re here.

We coach you, support you and help you progress from wherever you’re starting.

No egos. No expectations. Just real people, proper coaching and a community that makes you feel welcome.

Whether it’s Fitness or Wellness, everyone has to start somewhere. 💪

💬 Be honest… what’s the biggest thing that’s ever put you off joining a gym?

SAUNA & SOUND

Wednesday 14th October 7:30pm- 8:30pm

Come Back to Your Body

Inspired by Back Care Awareness Week, this session invites you to step away from your busy mind and reconnect with the physical sensations of your body. Enjoy the comforting warmth of the sauna before settling into soothing sounds, giving yourself time to unwind, notice where you’re holding tension and enjoy a little breathing space. A midweek pause to slow down, tune in and give yourself some care.
