This is an all-time PR for @_theverg off Tommy John surgery. Previous PR with a 5oz was T88 POST-op 🌺

Began training here January 26th, 2026. Funny enough, we were “TikTok” friends for like over a year. Never said a word to each other LOL 🌇 He hopped in for our free trial and the rest is history (clearly, we are both happy with this decision haha)

Surgery was August 21st, 2024. He was T90 pre-op, and got back up to T85 post-op in summer ball ⛱️

He began training here because he was 80-82 in winter lives. Elbow was quote “stuck and couldn’t get extension afterwards”

Funny enough, this is literally only Week One of our 6-week velocity training phase… kinda hilarious. We just got off the phone just now to re-evaluate what our new velo goals need to be haha

My top 3 pitching drills featuring @_theverg ⚾️🔥

Here’s why they work:
Drill 1: this drill gets your body in rhythm to throw so everything is connected
Drill 2:this drill creates rotation strength which is important for pitching because you want to rotate fast. This also helps work on mechanics without having to throw a baseball
Drill 3: this drill is to help separate your hips from your hands which will create torque and help you throw harder

Which one is your favorite drill? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
