Turning 40 and continuing healing☺️ I heal LOUDLY because I suffered in SILENCE. I was conditioned to think that if I spoke up I was the bad one (and I was scared as hell) when in reality it was the fake ass “happy” image that they didn’t want tarnished. “Family” failed me YOU ALL DID when I was a kid… To all the “little me’s” out there…. They might win the fight when you’re little & helpless but you WILL WIN THE WAR. Put yourself first and heal ☺️ And to all of my “family” that hurt me FUCK YOU ALL (and I say that with a smile and from the heart) You’re all cowards and I am who I am today because of ME. Don’t ever try to take credit when you see Doctor in front of my name #childhoodtrauma #littleme #saveyourself #yourlifeisworthit
