She got my side eye, my laugh, my hard head. Sometimes I feel like I’m raising my mirror. But then she opens her mouth and out comes bravery that I never had at her age. That’s when it hits me , she isn’t my reflection. She is my revolution. She’s softer with her heart, but stronger in her stance. She doesn’t shrink. She don’t ask permission. My daughter is chaos, light, and power all in one breath. She’s not just my little girl. She is my healing. My why. My reminder to never settle again. She’s mine .. but completely her own.

Happy 20th birthday @_tiaaustin

Another year around the sun ✨🙏
Started it in my happy place, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Grateful for everything I prayed for… and the reality checks I didn’t see coming.

Not being addicted to drinking or smoking doesn’t necessarily mean healthy. Sugar addiction, it’s on sight 💪🏽

Cheers to me taking my health as seriously as my daughters’ success, my trips, and my clients 🥂

Rolling into the weekend like… 💃🏽✨
The next generation of curl queens already bringing the energy 😍

Tag your dancer or curl queen who’s always vibin’ in the mirror! 👑

🎶I found my mind, I’m feelin’ sane
It’s been a while, but I’m findin’ my faith 🙏
If everything’s good and it’s great
Why do I sit and wait ‘til it’s gone?

Oh, I’ll tell ya, I know I’ve got enough
I’ve got peace☮️, and I’ve got love 🫶
But I’m up at night thinkin’
I just might lose it all 😥

Please stay
I want you, I need you, oh, God
Don’t take
These beautiful things that I’ve got 👏🎵

Mothered so hard… we turned the salon into a whole dance floor 💃🏽💅🏽
Curls are poppin’ and the music’s bumpin’, this is what a family-run salon really looks like! Style? ✅ Vibes? ✅
Drop a 💃🏽 if you’d book an appointment just for the dance break 😂👇🏽
