POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Wes Anderson’s adventures of the soul were celebrated yesterday and it brought out so many friends old and new with some venturing as far as Rochester, NY and Clearwater, FL to see his sweet (lime) and salty film music played live by a staggering amount of musicians. Also, was able to watch Hotel Chevalier/The Darjeeling Limited in a pop-up Criterion Cinema and visit The Criterion Closet. Any guesses on what my three picks were? Going back to church tonight. See ya there!

✨ What if some of the emotions you've carried...weren't yours to begin with?

Some patterns don't begin with us.

The tendency to over-give. Difficulty receiving. Feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions. Old family dynamics that seem to repeat generation after generation.

Cancer reminds us that healing isn't just about looking inward. Sometimes it's about honoring where we've come from while gently releasing what was never ours to carry.

On July 19, Meredith of Earthling Astrology and I invite you into a deeply healing evening centered around Cancer, the Moon, and your soul's emotional inheritance.

Together we'll explore:
🌙 Cancer, the 4th House, and the wisdom of the Moon
🌳 Ancestral and maternal lineage healing
💛 A guided Past Life Journey designed to release inherited emotional patterns and reconnect with your inner wisdom
✨ A special channeled message from our guest, Tiensirin, Advanced Akashic Records Reader
No experience with hypnosis is necessary.

And while this journey is inspired by Cancer energy, everyone is welcome. We all have Cancer and the Moon somewhere in our birth chart.

If you've been longing to feel more emotionally safe, more deeply rooted, or simply curious about what your soul may be ready to release...I'd love to have you join us.

For this event, special guest Tien will be joining us to channel a message for the group before the hypnosis begins! Tien is an LA-based Advanced Akashic Records Reader. ✨

Cancer energy relates to nurturing and care-giving. It is the sign linked to mother energy. It is a water sign connected with deep intuition and empathy.

Meredith will start the evening by discussing the key points of the sign of Cancer and past lives associated with Cancer themes. If you are looking to heal a mother wound, increase your self-care ability, or nurture your intuitive gifts then this event is for you!

Julie will guide you through a 45 minute past life healing journey designed to help you gently release emotional wounds that Cancer can accumulate. Through a grounded and supportive regression, you’ll explore a past lifetime (or your present life) connected to Cancer wounding signatures: over-giving, problems setting boundaries and getting ‘stuck’ in the emotional world.

Positively, Cancer energy is associated with a healthy home and family life, intuition and emotional intelligence. This regression could help ‘tune’ your body to more fully embrace its intuitive gifts. The regression could also help release ancestral wounds on your mother’s side that may transcend your current incarnation

Suggested (not required) Birth Chart Signatures: Cancer Sun, Moon, South/North Node, Saturn, Mercury, Venus, Mars or Saturn; 4th House Strong - Sun/Moon Sign; 4th house stellium; prominent Moon (conjunct or square Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, ASC, MC, IC, DSC, South/North Node).

Arsenii is one of those unicorn photographers who can do anything, from breathtaking motion work to stunning & unique portraits. His images always ride a beautiful line between glamour, fine art, and postmodern photography. They are often highly conceptual, yet still maintain the glamour and flawlessness the entertainment industry requires.

After 15 years of working in the entertainment industry as a photo editor, I know this is a fine line that not many photographers can walk. Either the images become so conceptual that they no longer work for what talent and reps need to promote a show, or they play it too safe—while the images are beautiful, they lose the excitement and innovation that make photography fun!!! Arsenii can deliver both a feast for the eyes and a feast for the brain. This set of photos of @jfirstman is one of those examples. Arsenii's team is small but mighty, extremely talented and a well-oiled machine.

Jordan was such a joy to work with—he was down for anything, even lying on the ground on top of our whimsical chalk art set on his nice suit!. Congratulation, Jordan on the success on your directorial debut of “Club Kid” at Cannes! You deserve it all!

Special thanks to @marisa.fujimoto, my trusty PA, who helped me draw this whimsical set. My inner child was so happy to get to play again!

Your Body Does Keep the Score: Understanding Somatic Memory and its link to healing conditions, diseases and ‘trauma’.

Ancients knew this. Shamans and indigenous healers have worked with this idea for centuries. We rediscovered this in modern times.

I healed injuries and conditions without medicine or surgery in myself, after learning the hell out of this.

Yes; Your body absolutely keeps the score and this study may contain some valuable puzzle pieces but the summary conclusion here is flat wrong.

Access a memory and watch physical sensations arise - these are your nerve(ous) system’s language. They detail a recording of what felt unsafe to complete.

💡 I share how this somatic language works and invite you to learn more through my 'pay what you can' course Somatic Mechanics.
‼️ - Message "oi" if you want the link, or check my link in bio.

I’ll also share some more about those ideas in more videos, soon. It will change the way you see the sensations in your body.

🎉 Sign up for the newsletter or join the Skool group to get the details.

As a woman of color working in entertainment industry since 2002, meeting Autumn Durald Arkapaw and hearing her creative process and reflections was such a breath of fresh air and it has touched me on a very personal level.

She is nominated for an Oscar tonight for her stunning cinematography in “Sinners.”

If Autumn wins tonight, it will be well deserved and she will become the first female cinematographer ever to win the Oscar!🏆

“It’s about photography. It’s about an emotional format that someone wants to know my perspective on. If everybody’s a white male, then that’s just one perspective,” Durald said. “I think there are more women now. There are fewer women of color, but hopefully after this awards season—after I’ve gone out there and spoken to many people and young girls—it helps. Because you want to see yourself reflected out there to know that you can do this job.”

I am rooting for you @addp 🥳
