JOY. 2:52:00 - Berlin Marathon 2026

10 years of trying to run a sub-3 (admittedly without much research). Finally done and it feels fantastic. S/O @harrystyles and my good friend @kitcbaker whose sub-3 records kept me going all year 🥲 Your move, lads 🤴🏻

Huge thanks to the 39 of you who gave to @nostigmas , we raised $5,050! Running got me through some quiet years and it meant a lot to run this one for people still in theirs 🏃🏻

More love to @rein__drop & @newbalancerunning for shoes and @georgebeamish at @on for training gear 💕

On our last day in Europe we played @festivalbeauregard 🇫🇷 we’d driven overnight from @rockwerchterfestival in Belgium not knowing what we’d wake up to once we got off the bus. Luckily we were greeted by the most pleasant of French countryside scenes centred by Château de Beauregard. Summer flowers, river cruising, a plethora of oysters, off duty mimes smoking and drinking wine, and @charlottecardin joining us onstage for Moody and Linger. A great way to end the @royelotis EU run 🩵

Ending a tour is strange. You spend so much time away, working hard to put on the best show possible night after night all while traveling the world with your best mates but there is a flip side. While it’s easy to exist inside your tour bubble, it’s equally easy to forget that the outside world keeps spinning. The flip side is you miss things at home, be it family, friends, special occasions, events, surprises, births, deaths… it’s simultaneously the best job in the world world while also being pretty tough at times. This tour and team has been second to none.

I wasn’t going to post these photos, I intended to add them to my tour Polaroid book but since finishing this tour, the sheer number of thank you, gratitude and well wishes posts to both the band and crew from the fan base has been staggering. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I’ve received personal messages from fans around the world thanking me for what I do and how this show and tour has helped them through some dark and tough times.

So while it may be silly in the scheme of things, this post is my way of saying thank you to this team, for them to be seen and for being who you are and doing what you do.

🩵

p.s. There are so many more people than in this post. I’m sorry if I didn’t get your photo. Days can get away from you on tour. One day you way up and you’re in a different country with a different crew so please know my thanks extends to you too.
