From your 1st Birthday to your 18th Birthday and every Birthday in between, I love celebrating you, Joe. You’re everything I’ve always dreamed of in a son and so much more. I couldn’t be any more proud than I am when I look at the incredible man you’ve become. You’re my entrepreneur, my plumber, my landscaper, my comic relief, my main man who I can always count on to fix or put together anything…but most importantly you’re my son. I love you so much and I’m so lucky to be your Mom. Happy 1️⃣8️⃣ @joe_spano13 Keep being YOU!!

Faith✨Family✨Fun✨ I have been blessed with the most amazing Mom and Grandma~ Two beautiful women with the most loving and generous hearts. I can’t think of a time in my life where they weren’t there for me. They’ve celebrated all the good times with me and my children and they are always my lifeline whenever times get tough. Sometimes all we can do is kneel, and turn it over to God. I’m thankful these two amazing women right here, and my Nanna in Heaven, taught me to trust God and to stay strong always🌸 #mothersdaymemories #fourgenerations #familyiseverything #faith #love

Happy Birthday to my beautiful cousin, Stephanie, who I’m blessed enough to have as one of my most treasured friends, as well. Girl….WE’VE BEEN THROUGH IT!!!! Weddings, Babies, Divorces, Deaths…we’ve been through so much and yet our love remains. Somehow we’ve overcome every single obstacle thrown our way and our love, respect and understanding only grows stronger each year. Thank you for being my lifeline and a lifeline for my children as well. When you were a little girl, I loved the way you looked up to me…cruising around in my Acura with dozens of mini straws in your strawberry Dunkin drinks. The beautiful thing is, now I look up to you in so many ways. You’re the most amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, TiTi, cousin and friend. The kids and I love you so much and we can’t wait for our next adventure. Have the best day ever and another amazing year filled with fun, family, love and laughter😘🎉💕

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”Ephesians 4:32

When we learn to actually live this way, we find a peace in our hearts and our minds that we’ve never felt before. Part of forgiveness is forgiving ourselves as well. None of us are perfect and we all fall short sometimes.

Forgiveness doesn’t just happen on it’s own and forgiveness is so much more than saying “I’m sorry.” Forgiveness is hard work and it’s painful. The process of forgiveness looks different for every scenario and it is a part of human nature that often doesn’t come naturally. When we shame one another and shame ourselves, we are working against forgiveness, which means we are robbing ourselves of peace, love, joy and hope.

When we forgive our past, are optimistic for our future and truly learn to enjoy being in this exact moment, we become the absolute best version of ourselves.
