Leading with the good tingzz. Spent three days at the Ultimate Wellness Conference at Faena Forum in Miami and left with more than I expected.

Got to sit with doctors and specialists across the board, psychologists, dentists, holistic practitioners, so many reminders about what it actually means to take care of yourself. A lot of the programming centered women’s health, and I walked away learning a lot more about women’s wellness, midlife transitions, and hormones as well.

Made a genuine friend out there too, @ms_munno , a fellow nomad and an incredible international coach. Looking forward to crossing paths at more of these.

One of the most powerful parts was the biggest group meditation I’ve ever been part of, led by @o2flo . His conviction and the way he held that space is something I’m holding onto as I prepare to lead spaces for men’s wellness down the line.

And for @touchgrasswfriends we huddled up for a likkle prayer before the event. I do wanna say, we appreciate the support we’ve been getting from all of you. We’re going to continue needing support in different shapes and forms as we build out this third space. There are definitely obstacles that come with building something like this, but we’re thankful for the ones we’ve overcome and excited to share new things with you all in the future.

Speaking of obstacles, it’s rained on our last 3 - 4 events. And I actually ran the numbers 🤦🏾‍♂️and the odds of that happening are less than 1%, yet here we are. Deeply manifesting sun for the next one. Dates coming soon.

Honorable mention to the Black Wellness Practitioner Group, we’re overdue for a sip and paint and catch up. Hoping we can all gather soon.

Let me tell you bout my brothers though 🤝🏾

Since I was young, my brothers have been one of the most important forces in my life — blood and chosen. Some started families. Some we grew apart from. But every relationship served a purpose and a season, and I’m grateful for all of it.

The ones here now? I don’t take that lightly.
My brothers make me laugh, make me think, and have stood beside me through all of it. We’ve done some dumb shit together, had some of the best times of my life, and built memories I’ll carry forever. The way we treat each other when things get hard tells me a lot about the depth of what we have.

Not everyone is in these pictures, but a good part of the nucleus is. 🙏🏾

A reminder to cherish your brotherhood — pour into it, protect it, and never stop growing within it. 💙

So here’s what I did... I told my family I wanted to host a family fashion show the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Theme: “From Rags to Riches STRUTT with Confidence.”I bought my mom and aunts dresses from one of my favorite vendors and gifted my granny and one my aunts outfits that were mine. I had my cousins and my son wear the most wacky, tacky attire you can imagine but here’s the thing: the whole point was to rock it with CONFIDENCE. That was the ultimate message I wanted everyone to walk away with: It doesn’t matter what you wear. What matters is knowing that you are beautiful, handsome, worthy, and confident in your own skin.If we don’t do nothing else in this life, we’re gonna STRUTT. 💕 #fyp #fashion #confidence #worthy #beautiful #handsome @foryou @foryoupage @foryourpage #family #fashionshow
