04/21/2023.

That was the last time I had a drink. I ended up in Atlantic City hospital next to a woman on PCP and knew I didn’t want this happen again. And I wasn’t even a huge drinker, just something that my body was not able to agree with.

From there it was a constant battle with anxiety and depression. I quit the job that helped me go from high school drop out to homeowner by 22, I didn’t leave the house and put no miles on my car for months, I was in and out of the hospital and doctors appointments and life was terrible.

Luckily I had my friends by my side and they never let me be alone. Came to the house every day to sit there and do NOTHING with me. Brought me out as much as they could until I’d tell them to drive me home. Checked up on me everyday until things got straightened.

Fast forward 3 years later and I’ve now built a community around not drinking and smoking cannabis. A community of 18k people. I sold out my first ever golf event to 130 people and gave everyone the 04/20 that we only thought was possible in our dreams.

I wouldn’t be here without my friends, my family, and all of you who have supported and messaged me.

3 years of no drinking and being myself and I’m proud I’m not in the hole I was years ago. Peace and love people ❤️
