LOVE is “a way of life”

I’m grateful to be an instrument of LOVE to these inspiring yogis. As they work on loving themselves by taking care of their bodies, SHOWING UP & doing the INNER WORK. They then practice on the mat to bring that LOVE out to the WORLD around them.

Being compassionate to their limits. Being curious to see what their bodies can do. Yet also being still & reconnecting to their breath when in an uncomfortable situation (pose/posture). All theses are tools that we work on the mat to be able to love ourselves first, take care of ourselves first, learn to be comfortable in the uncomfortable. Learn to take a step back so we can respond to a hard situation rather then REACT.

The 🥇commandment in the Bible, is to love
the Lord Yahweh, God, with every
passion of our heart, with all the ENERGY
of our being, with every thought that is
within us, & with all our STRENGTH.

🥈 commandment: We must LOVE our
neighbor in the same way we LOVE
ourselves.

I asked myself a questions once, “How are we going to love our neighbor if we don’t love or take care of ourselves first?

This is learning to LOVE ourselves, therefore then being able to LOVE our neighbor as we LOVE ourselves.

The following quote continues to inspire me daily even at my lowest.

“Love God & God will inspire your LOVE & enable you to LOVE others as well.”

I will continue to serve, continue to share theses tools that have helped me as long as I continue to allow God to use me as His instrument with this purposes. Everyone has a purpose in LIFE.

Stay STRONG! Keep GOING!! Even when others don’t BELIEVE! KEEP LOOKING 🆙.
Have FAITH! Things will work out! 💖
