2 morherfuckers who used to get told “ you guys aren’t going to amount to shit going to be fuck ups your whole life” I still remember those words coming from the assistant principal’s mouth from Channel Islands high school back when I attended. Glad to say that at 26 years old we both have achieved a goal that we set when we were teenagers and that was to become professional boxers. We’ve came this far with so much to go thank you bro for always being the back bone when shit hit the fence and riding this war out with me. Love you carnal. #calicontenders #lavishsalon #latinalashez_ #LACOLONIABOXING

6th and 5th rib was causing @_twinb from really preforming to his best. I utilized the Sliding Cupping technique to get blood back into the Longissimus Thoracis, Iliocostalis and Iliocostalis Thoracis which the ribs sit underneath. I did light graston to release the Intercostal Internus and Externus. Now he should punch harder and have more upper body mobility.

Working on my sponsored fighter @_twinb and getting him ready for September 18th. He was having issues with his shoulder and being a lefty it was hard for him to throw the left hand. Did some graston and paired it up with some PNF and as you can see his range of motion increased tremendously after today's session.
